III. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway and purchases do not increase odds of winning.
IV. Eligibility
Void where prohibited. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alabama.
The owners of Infinite Black and anyone contracted to work on Infinite Black projects and their families are not eligible to win.
V. Prizes
Tier 1 (1 entry): One of our prototype dice sets for the Vast Grimm campaign. Prototype dice do not include packaging. Also included: the three original Elder Dice polyhedral sets and the Doom Edition slipcase.
Tier 2 (5 or more entries): TWO sets of our prototype dice for the Vast Grimm campaign. Prototypes do not include packaging. Also includes THREE sets of Elder Dice of your choice from the Infinite Black store and
the 1st edition Elder Dice Doom Bundle.
Tier 3 (10 or more entries): TWO sets of our prototype dice for the Vast Grimm campaign - prototypes do not include packaging. THE Elder Dice Doom Bundle & Playmat - this is a bundle of the first 3 sets of Elder Dice in an ultra rare Doom Edition slipcase that was only produced during our first Kickstarter along with the rare Doom Edition playmat from the first campaign. THE Elder Dice: The Unspeakable Tomes Doom Bundle & Playmat - this is a bundle of the 3 Elder Dice sets produced during the Unspeakable Tomes Kickstarter inside of a Doom Edition slipcase that was only produced during our 2nd Kickstarter. Also included the rare Doom edition playmat from the 2nd campaign. THE Colors out of Space Doom edition playmat and an ultra rare set of Doom edition Brand of Cthulhu Elder Dice.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
VI. How to Enter
This giveaway may be entered through the giveaway run through KickoffLabs.com according to its entry criteria.
Entrants cannot enter through “bot” or a service that automatically enters participants. Any such entries are void and not eligible to win.
Multiple email entries from the same IP address may be invalidated.
Infinite Black reserves the right to evaluate all entries and invalidate those that it believes are attempts to manipulation or "game" the giveaway.
VII. Winner Selection
Winner will be randomly chosen from each tier, weighted by the number of entries each entrant gathered through the giveaway’s Kickoff Labs page. Odds of winning in each tier are dependent upon the number of entries.
The drawings for each tier will take place when the Gamefound for Vast Grimm goes live, which is expected to be July 13th.
VIII. Winner Notification
The winner may be announced through the Infinite Black Facebook page and/or associated Facebook groups, such as the Elder Dice Facebook group.
Winner will be contacted by email at the address used to enter the Kickoff Labs giveaway. If the winner does not respond within two weeks, the prize is declared unclaimed and the winner will no longer receive the prize. At its option, Infinite Black may draw for another winner.
IX. Privacy
Infinite Black, LLC will not share email addresses or any other information it collects as a result of this giveaway with any third party. Because this giveaway is being run through Kickoff Labs, please see also see KickOff Lab's privacy policies. Infinite Black, LLC is not responsible for KickOff Lab’s actions or activities.
X. Limitation of Liability
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Infinite Black’s control.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The giveaway is not associated with or sponsored by any social network. No social network is responsible for the giveaway in any way.
XII. Winner List
The winner of the drawing may be announced publicly on the Infinite Black Facebook page, but may also be obtained by emailing Darkness@InfiniteBlack.com for 28 days after the drawing. The drawings for each tier will take place on the day the Vast Grimm campaign goes live. That date will be announced through Infinite Black's Facebook page, email newsletters, and other social media channels.
